01.Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using WrooWroo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
02.Description of Service
WrooWroo is a digital garage that helps you track vehicle details, compliance expiration dates, and receive timely reminders via push notifications, email, and calendar events. The app allows you to store vehicle information such as number plates, make, model, and year, manage multiple vehicles, set an active vehicle for your home screen, and configure notification preferences.
03.Accounts
You must register with a valid email address to use WrooWroo. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
04.Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
WrooWroo offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro unlocks additional features including multiple vehicles, push notifications, and email reminders. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are auto-renewable. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase.
05.Restore Purchases
If you reinstall WrooWroo or switch devices, you can restore your previous purchases from the upgrade screen inside the app. This will re-activate your Pro subscription without any additional charge.
06.User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including number plates, compliance dates, and document expiration dates. WrooWroo is an organizational tool designed to help you track deadlines — it is not a legal compliance authority. Always verify critical dates independently.
07.Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and code within WrooWroo are the intellectual property of WrooWroo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the application without prior written consent.
08.Limitation of Liability
WrooWroo is provided on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any missed deadlines, expired documents, or consequences arising from reliance on the app's reminders. Notifications are delivered on a best-effort basis and may be affected by device settings, network conditions, or third-party service availability.
09.Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page in the app, which will permanently remove all your data.
10.Changes to Terms
WrooWroo reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms as the service evolves. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the app following such changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
