Your Data Stays Yours
WrooWroo collects only the minimum data needed to operate the service: your email address, vehicle details (number plate, make, model, year), compliance expiration dates, and your notification preferences. We do not collect location data, driving behaviour, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the WrooWroo service — displaying your vehicles, sending expiration reminders via push notifications, email, or calendar events, and managing your subscription status. We never use your data for advertising, profiling, or analytics beyond basic service health monitoring.
Third-Party Services
We rely on industry-standard, audited infrastructure providers for hosting, email delivery, push notifications, subscription management, and error monitoring. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes. Our providers process data solely on our behalf and under strict data processing agreements.
Push Notifications & Email
Push notifications and email reminders are sent only when you explicitly opt in. You can enable or disable each notification channel (push, email, calendar) independently from the Settings page inside the app at any time.
Calendar Access
When you enable Calendar sync, WrooWroo writes reminder events directly to your device's native calendar. We never read, modify, or delete your existing calendar events. Calendar access can be revoked at any time from your device settings.
Security & Isolation
All connections to our servers are encrypted via TLS/SSL. Your vehicle data is isolated per account using row-level security policies, meaning no user can ever access another user's data. Data integrity is further protected with checksums at the storage level.
Right to Be Forgotten
You have the absolute right to be forgotten. You can permanently delete your account, all vehicles, and every piece of associated data instantly from Settings inside the app with a single tap. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual deletion by emailing us from the address associated with your account.
Children's Privacy
WrooWroo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
