Romania 2026 fine point: 216.25 RON from July 1
From 1 July 2026 the gross minimum wage is 4,325 RON and the fine point is 216.25 RON. Expired ITP: 1,946–4,325 RON plus the talon is retained.

Austria winter tires: Nov 1–Apr 15, 4 mm minimum
From 1 November to 15 April, on snow or ice: winter tires on all four wheels, 4 mm minimum. Standard fine €60, up to €5,000 if others are endangered.

Austria motor tax: kW + CO2, +10% if paid monthly
After 1 October 2020, tax combines kW and WLTP CO2. Monthly payment adds +10%, quarterly +8%, bi-annual +6%. Hybrids are taxed on combustion kW.
